About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern the Home Function Review or any other paid service. Paid services are provided under a separate Client Service Agreement, which is supplied before booking and payment.
Professional regulation
Mariam Daji is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) under the protected professional title Occupational Therapist, registration number OT77566. The HCPC register and professional standards are available at hcpc-uk.org.
Information, not advice
The content of this website is general information about our services and about daily living, home function and related topics. It is not clinical, medical or professional advice for any individual, and it is not a substitute for an assessment or advice tailored to a specific situation. Reading this website, downloading a resource or sending an enquiry does not create a clinical or professional relationship.
Emergencies

Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking, a contract or an obligation for Living Enabled to provide a service. We will first consider whether the service appears suitable. If you book a paid service, the Client Service Agreement supplied before payment will apply.
Accuracy and changes
We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete or current. We may change or remove website content and may update these terms. The version and effective date shown on this page identify the current terms.

The content of this website, including its text, branding and documents, is owned by or licensed to Living Enabled unless otherwise stated. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not adapt, sell, republish or use it commercially without prior permission, except where the law permits.
