Understanding what matters.Recommending what helps.
Living Enabled gives adults and families clear, independent occupational therapy guidance when daily life at home becomes harder. Each review is centred on the person, their home and what matters to them.

We listen before we recommend
Before recommending anything, Mariam takes time to understand how you live, what has changed and what you most want to keep doing.
Living Enabled has no commercial links to equipment suppliers or care providers. Recommendations are based on professional judgement, practical experience and what is most likely to help you.
Our role is not to tell you how to live. It is to help you and your family understand what matters, what needs attention and what to do next.

Experienced judgement, grounded in everyday life
Living Enabled is led by Mariam Daji, an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist (registration OT77566) and Senior NHS Occupational Therapist with 8+ years' experience. Her background includes hospital discharge planning, falls and frailty, fatigue management, equipment and home adaptations, and community palliative care.
Her approach is to understand what has changed, what matters to the person and how daily life is being managed at home. She then applies clinical judgement to recommend practical changes that fit the person's circumstances and priorities.

Respectful of your pace
There is no pressure to proceed and no obligation to act. You decide what to take forward, and when.
